Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Customer Relations at Hydrant Pet Hotel. The individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer interactions and ensuring the highest quality of care for all pets. The role involves coordinating pet services, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. Some typical job duties may include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing employee's on a daily bases
- Handle complaints from customers
- Train/Coach new employees
- Step in when general manager isnt on site
- monitor and maintain inventory in retail, as well as inventory for cleaning supplies, etc
- offer feedback/constructive criticism to team
- implement write ups when needed
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in management for at least 2 years
- Organizational and managerial abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for animals and their well-being
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
